Description
Rotary kiln consists of an inclined, rotatable long cylinder. The material enters from one end of the cylinder and is discharged from the other end after being heated at high temperature.

Working Principle
Materials enter the rotary kiln from one port (usually the kiln tail), move gradually along the axial direction in the rotary kiln, and at the same time, the materials are mixed, heated and subjected to various chemical reactions, and finally discharged from the other port (kiln head). By heating the materials in the rotary kiln, different treatment effects such as drying, calcination, roasting, incineration, smelting and gasification can be realized.
