Working Principle

The working principle of energy-saving ball mill is based on centrifugal force and friction force, the material enters the interior of the cylinder from the feed inlet, the cylinder rotates under the drive of the transmission device, which drives the grinding medium (steel ball) inside to move together with the materials, the grinding medium impacts and grinds the material under the action of centrifugal force and friction force, so that the material is gradually refined, the ground fine powder is discharged through the discharge port, while the coarse particles remain in the cylinder for further grinding.
