Description
Bucket elevator is a continuous conveying machine that uses a series of uniformly fixed buckets attached to an endless traction mechanism to vertically lift materials. It operates by utilizing a series of buckets fixed to a traction chain or belt to transport bulk materials in a vertical or near-vertical direction. Bucket elevators are categorized into three types: ring chain, plate chain, and belt.
Features
(1) Low power consumption: applicated a flow-in feeding method, induced discharge, and a dense arrangement of large-capacity buckets.
(2) Wide lifting range: not only lift general powdery and small granular materials but also handle highly abrasive materials.
(3) High operational reliability: Advanced design principles and manufacturing methods ensure the overall reliability of the machine
(4) Long service life: The design ensures minimal material spillage during feeding and discharging, reducing mechanical wear.
Advantages
1.High Efficiency: The dense arrangement of buckets and continuous operation ensure efficient material handling.
2.Compact Design: Bucket elevators require less floor space compared to other conveying systems, making them suitable for facilities with limited space.
3.Low Maintenance: With fewer moving parts and a robust design, bucket elevators require minimal maintenance, reducing downtime and operational costs.
4.Versatility in Configuration: can be customized with different types of buckets, chains, or belts to suit specific material characteristics and operational requirements.

Working Principle
The buckets scoop up the material from the storage below and lift it to the top along with the conveyor belt or chain. After passing over the top wheel, the buckets flip downward, and the bucket elevator discharges the material into the receiving chute.
Application
Application for lifting materials from low to high, the material is fed into the bucket through a vibration bucket and automatically runs continuously to transport upwards.
